'Gagot Tel Aviv' Ltd.

Gagot Tel Aviv' Ltd. – The Roofs of Tel Aviv – had been established at 1996 with the aim to deal with Real-Estate, including acquisition of properties, houses and lands, as well as, with construction of building and houses.

Gagot Tel Aviv' recent project was a construction of a building comprised 14 apartments at Ha'Rav Kook St. in Tel Aviv.

In July 2006 the Company acquired from Hemanuta, a plot of land in Zichron Ya'acov. This plot of land is located in Hanasi Street, a very nice street, just a walking distance from the historical central of the Village where the entertainment, restaurants and coffee shops of this beautiful Village.

Gagot Tel Aviv had started the construction of a building comprised six apartments of highest standards, all with a magnificent sea view to the Mediterranean Sea.

Gagot Tel Aviv builds with a highest standards with a 'zero tolerance' when it comes to quality issues, a strict time-table, as well as, with a close escort provided to every and each of our customer.

The Company grants its customers with the choice to select accessories required for the internal design of their apartments, including a dedicated escort, up until getting the key by an expedient schedule.

We aim to please our customers 'up until the roof'!!!

Gagot Tel Aviv is managed by Family Barzilay who arrived at Zichron Ya'acov nearly 20 year ago.
